When you arrive at the clinic, please remain in your vehicle and TEXT or call us at 518-561-1893 to let us know your parking spot number.

Once we are ready to see your pet, one of our staff members will come out to greet you and bring you directly into an exam room.

​

At this time we are allowing ONE adult (wearing a face mask) to enter the clinic for a pet's appointment.

​

If you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness, we ask that you have someone else bring your pet in.

​

Curbside service is also available for those that prefer to remain in their vehicle.
